Question: WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR PRINTS AND CANVASSES?
Answer: For giclee prints, we use 308 gsm smooth Hahnemuhle Photo Rag paper, guaranteed for up to 100 years. For canvasses, we use 415gsm 100% cotton canvas, guaranteed for at least 75 years.
Question: HOW CAN I BUY FROM YOU?
Answer: You can place an order online via this website, by selecting your chosen image/item and adding it to your basket. You may then go to Checkout where you will be able to pay with a credit or debit card. You can also order by phone, using your credit/debit card. Call 07500 266845 to place your order. If you have any questions or enquiries, please email: artwork@essence-photographic.co.uk.
Question: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Answer: Through this website, we accept all major credit and debit cards through the integrated payment system PayPal (you do not need a Paypal account to pay this way).

Question: WHAT ARE DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES?
Answer: Postage and packing for all UK orders is free. Delivery is by Parcelforce or courier. Please allow 10 days working days from date of order to despatch date.
Question: I CAN’T FIND THE SIZE I NEED. DO YOU OFFER OTHER SIZES?
Answer: Yes, we will do all we can to accommodate most reasonable sizes. Please email us at artwork@essence-photographic.co.uk with your requirements.
Question: I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UK. CAN I STILL ORDER FROM YOU?
Answer: Yes, we will ship worldwide. There is a shipping fee however. Prices are as follows;
Republic of Ireland and Europe: £5.00 per giclee print, £15.00 per canvas.
Rest of the World: £5.00 per giclee print, £30.00 per canvas.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Question: HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER I’VE PLACED?
Answer: If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please e-mail artwork@essence-photographic.co.uk, using a subject title of ‘ORDER CANCELLATION’ and giving your reason. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of orders outside of this timeframe, as the item will have gone into the printing process.
Question: HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR UNWANTED ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Answer: First of all, please check your items thoroughly on delivery. For all returns, please contact us first in writing to artwork@essence-photographic.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, to inform us of your reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the following procedure is not followed.

- RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS
You MUST return items for refund within 7 days of your acknowledged return request. Items must be in their original, unused condition and with all packaging intact. An admin charge of £5.00 for giclee prints or £15.00 for canvas orders will be applied. This charge will be deducted from your refund. Essence Artwork will not accept returns of unwanted items after this 7-day period has lapsed. Provided all guidelines and conditions (as above) have been met, refunds are normally made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice, less an administration fee (please see above). Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU). - RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS
You MUST return items for refund within 7 days of your acknowledged return request. Items must be in their original, unused condition and with all packaging intact. If the goods are faulty, or have been damaged in transit, we will replace them or give you with a full refund, providing they are returned within the 7-day period. Essence Artwork will not accept returns of unwanted items after this period has lapsed. - HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please enclose your original invoice with the items, along with a copy of your original written request to return the item, and/or full description of any faults. Please wrap the package securely in its original packaging and send it to: Essence Artwork, 10 Farnham Way, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK41 8RD. For your protection and to obtain a record of your shipment, please use a recorded delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Essence Artwork.
